It’s all a matter of mind and body and being less stressed and healthy will go a long way in keeping you sexually active longer.
One more thing to consider is the intake of medicine. If you are on a medicine that is reducing your sex drive and you are unhappy, and then speak with your doctor. There may be an alternative to having to live with this side effect. This is often found in people taking anti-depressants, which some doctors hand out like candy.
